Commercial Rules
• Vouchers are prepaid and provide a defined amount of professional time or a defined review scope.
• Vouchers do not include court appearances, negotiations with opposing parties, formal opinions, urgent work or specialist
advice unless expressly agreed.
• Where the work is likely to exceed the voucher allocation, the client will be advised and additional time may be quoted before
the work proceeds.
• Standard package pricing covers the standard drafting scope. Consultation, extensive customisation and bespoke drafting are
separately chargeable unless expressly included in the package.
• All prices are proposed client-facing prices and should be confirmed against the firm's final pricing schedule.
